'Best We Forget' is an irreverent insight into forgetfulness and the fantasy of forever.
Forgetting means nothing is permanent or dependable. It reveals our imperfection as humans. The everyday forgetting is ridiculous and humorous at times; however, forgetting has far-reaching consequences. We stumble over names and get lost on familiar streets, which feed our fear of losing our minds and is why we keep diaries and aspire to leave a lasting legacy.

'Best We Forget' uses cameras, diaries and dictaphones to expose our obsession with documenting rather than experiencing an event. What do we desperately hold on to and what would we erase if we could?

Instantaneous forgetting of ourselves collides with our longing not to be forgotten to capture audiences that were so receptive to the insights presented in 'Make Me Honest, Make Me Wedding Cake'.

Directed by Tessa Leong, starring Jude Henshall, Louisa Mignone and Nadia Rossi, and with original music created by Andrew Russ, 'Best We Forget' is a fragmented, funny and frighteningly truthful tale that will not be forgotten.
