Get krunk with Krumpit, a two day intensive with a specialised artist working in the styles of krumping, break dancing and hip hop.
The workshop will have a focus on males in dance and changing the stereotypes surrounding dance. The artist will be supported by resident choreographer and dance tutor, Jade Erlandsen.
D'Faces are also holding a series of workshops culminating in a 3 day intensive block adapting the John Duigan award winning film The Year My Voice Broke.
Directed by Susie Skinner, D’Gang members will engage in a theatrical discourse on the major themes of the film. The performance ensemble will then execute a production of the work utilising a vocabulary of movement and text derived from exercises and tasks.
The work will be shown at the D’faces Open Day 2010 in September - date TBC.
Speaking of the Open Day, D'Faces invites one and all to come along to to D’faces Hall on Thursday April 29.

The day will begin with the official re-opening of D’faces Hall following renovations sponsored by BHP Billiton.
