With the choreographic guidance of Josh and Erwin, many dancers already familiar to Tracks audiences are in rehearsal most evenings.

Darwin born and bred, Josh began training in 2000 with Tracks Dance Theatre Company and the Style Impressions bboy crew. With a sponsorship from Paspaley Pearls and ArtsNT, Josh was able to move to Perth and complete a Bachelor of Arts in Dance at WAAPA. On his graduation he received the Finlay Award for most improved dancer.

Now part of the Buzz Dance Theatre, Josh has an impressive list of credits to his name including performances in Terminal Velocity, Refund Policy, RabbiT and Cinderella Dressed in Yella. This year he will perform Depth Charge with Buzz, Chrissie Parrott's Metadance in Korea, Equus with Perth Theatre Company, Ennea with Shaun Parker, choreograph Endurance with Tracks, and attend dance festivals in Europe.

Josh was awarded Outstanding Performance by a Male Dancer at the Western Australian Dance Awards in 2008. He has been a short-listed nominee in this category for the past three years and was also short-listed for the award of Emerging Artist.

Erwin Fenis has worked closely with Josh over the years and they share a passion for contemporary dance. Born in the Philippines he has lived in the Territory for more than 10 years. Erwin has in the past been a regular performer for Tracks and has appeared in Ignite, Rivers of the Underground, Local, FAST (soloist and core dancer), Snakes, Gods and Deities, 2005 Arafura Games Opening Ceremony (youth leader), Australian Youth Dance Festival – Horsham, A Bowls Club Wedding and now Mr Big. His Style Impressions Krew (S.I.K) has performed at Bass in the Grass 2003, Men Move, 2004 Stamping Ground Dance Festival (competed in the Break Battle and won 1st place) and at various clubs, promotions, schools, festivals and community events.

He is now a member of two of the best hip hop crews in Sydney (Urban Dance Project and J Town).

Erwin will not confine himself to choreographing Endurance; he will also perform as a lead in the Tracks Darwin Festival show Endurance.
