Since the inaugural Youth Circus Symposium, which was held November 2009 in Albury, the youth circus sector has developed into a strong and united sector aimed at developing the youth circus sector to build stronger relationships and create networking opportunities for those in the industry.

This year, it’s Brisbane’s very own non-profit organisation Flipside Circus who is set to host this exciting event to continue to discuss, act and inspire each other!

The 2011 Youth Circus Symposium will be held at Flipside’s training centre in Alderley on the 8 to 10 September and is sure to be an fun yet highly informative couple of days with performances, workshops, forums and lots of networking.

Numerous funding bodies, academics and decision makers will attend the symposium so if you are in the Circus Industry this event is certainly not to be missed.
