Off The Couch is a program committed to engaging young people's participation in music, sound engineering and event management. In 2010, the additional element of creating a television commercial opens the program up to young film-makers and animators.

Working to the theme, 'How does music 'look' to you?', Carclew Youth Arts will select the four winners whose television commercials will be showcased on Channel 10 from 18 January - 16 April, 2010.


Off The Couch Coordinator Drew Landt says,

"The new component of the program gives young people interested in television production and animation the opportunity to improve their skills and increase their learning in an industry which is difficult to break into. It's a fantastic wa for those passionate about music and film-making to have a go, be creative and potentially see their work screened on TV.'
