Shake & Stir, one of Queensland’s most promising young company’s will host workshops for Primary and Secondary students at La Boite in September and October. From September 21 – 25, secondary students will explore Shakespeare, musical theatre, improvisation, group devised theatre and audition techniques, culminating in a Showcase presentation at the end of the five days. Cost: $280 including dinner before the Showcase.

Primary students will also get the chance to perform at the Roundhouse Theatre following their workshop from September 28 – October 1. Younger actors will explore musical theatre, script work and Theatresports and will rehearse and perform an original mini-production created over the four action-packed days. Cost: $220 including dinner before the Showcase.
