In August ensemble theatre company Red Stitch will stage a return season of Joel Gross' intriguing historical epic Marie Antoinette: The Colour of Flesh.
This production has been adapted for students of VCE Drama and Theatre Studies, it is a dramatic love triangle set against the turbulent years leading up to the French Revolution.
Marie Antoinette: The Colour of Flesh is directed by Denis Moore and features ensemble members Olivia Connolly (Marie) Erin Dewar (Elisabeth), and Brett Cousins (Alexis).
The show runs from August 3–21 at St Michael’s Grammar Drama Studio. Each performance will be followed by a post–show question and answer forum with the actors and director.
