Rhonda Voo will be hosting the opening of this accumulative exhibiton along with performance group INTERCOLLECTIVE from Western Australia, making the night a truly performative experience on Thursday 13th May from 5.30-8pm.

During this group installation artists will respond to the word rendezvous through performance and live art. The exhibition will also be trying out a unique way of keeping the space alive and in motion on a daily basis - one artist per day will create and house their work within the gallery, “inhabiting” the space in a variety of ways. After their day is over the artists will leave traces of their activity - a residue, which as the days progress, will become a unique collection accumulated over the 3 week period.

Inspired by Marcel Duchamps ‘rendezvous de art’, relational aesthetics, the Dada and Fluxus movements, this sculptural exhibition plays with these ideas in the forms of installation, multi-media, mixed media and performance.

Head along to Entrepot Gallery 10am - 5pm, Monday to Friday? from May 3 - 20.
