‘Laughs, heartbreak, war, regeneration, scented breezes, sparkling wit, the best dog puppet ever.’ THE GUARDIAN, UK

Scotland's Puppet State Theatre Company presents a captivating adaptation of Jean Giono's tale of a shepherd, his dog, and their mission to transform a barren land into a forest, acorn by acorn.

Feel the rain and smell the lavender in this multi-sensory theatrical delight. An engaging mix of comedy, and puppetry, The Man Who Planted Trees is an inspiring production that shows us the difference one man can make.

The season runs from 27 November to 5 December at the Sydney Opera House Studio.
