Wild Conversations in Denmark - not to mention the dancing!

posted Tuesday, 1 Mar

This performance will be the final work created for Ausdance WA’s Future Landings project, that has seen original contemporary dance performance created in each of the towns of Busselton, Bunbury, Albany and now Denmark.

Enjoy Easter in Denmark and experience this special community dance performance created by local choreographer Narayani Lees in collaboration with Perth choreographer Jacob Lehrer, visual artists Ololo and Denmark’s extraordinary musicians.

Wild Conversations is presented as part of Denmark Arts, Brave New Works #18 festival.

Our home is to swim where you can see the bottom, to be where those long creamy breakers trundle in from the south. The air seethes with noise and salt and we are giddy. What is it to converse with each other? What is it to converse with our home, our country and how do we find a place in this un-ending conversation?
