Express Media presents a series of monthly workshops at Signal through-out 2010 for young people interested in writing and media.

The free workshops and panels at Signal will cover a range of topics, including zine making, script writing, journalism, short story writing, and tips on how to get published.
Some of the writing to come out of these workshops will be published in a special publication, Nanoworks, which will be produced and edited entirely by young people.

SYN FM presents monthly media workshops for young people through-out 2010 at Signal.

SYN FM is a leading independent youth media organization and is one of the largest youth projects in Australia, with over 1000 volunteers. It broadcasts community radio, produces live youth television, and is involved in the publication of a number of digital media publications.

SYN FM will present monthly workshops at Signal throughout 2010 covering a range of digital and media topics, including radio plays, political journalism, podcasting, blogging, animation, interviewing bands and more.
