The Lowdown Editor works with writers and journalists across Australia who have interest, expertise and are passionate in the field of arts for by and with young people. Funding acquired from state and territory funding agencies, supports writers and contributing editors from that state/territory, ensuring coverage in that state or territory.

As a national publication Australia wide coverage is provided through the National News Desk.

In 2010 Lowdown Magazine Online is supported by

• Arts NSW,
• Arts QLD, and
• Arts TAS.

State and Territory Contributing Editors provide regular contributions about performance arts for, by and with young people and provide advice to the Lowdown Editor which informs the article brief of feature articles and the commissioning of reviews.

Each month from March 2010 each subscriber will receive via email Lowdown Magazine Online – a digital “magazine” containing short description and links to the full content which is hosted on Lowdown Online.
